Rosenthal Development Corporate Mission Statement
 
Prior to forming Rosenthal & Rosenthal (now Rosenthal & Rosenthal, LLC) in 1990, the Rosenthals spent considerable time in the real estate field as both owners and managers of commercial rental property, including small office buildings and strip shopping centers. This experience dates back to the mid-1970's, when their father, Sidney Rosenthal, was actively
involved in the syndication of limited partnership entities to acquire and run such operations. From 1975 through 1989, the
Rosenthals owned and managed several of these syndicated properties, ultimately selling each and every one for a strong profit and excellent return - both before and after tax - to their syndication partners.
